Return & Cancellation Policy

Not Satisfied & Want To Return? Please Go Through The Steps Below

In order to start the refund process, you will need to notify our sales team about your dissatisfaction within 48-Hours of placing your order. In order to be eligible for the refund:
  • You will need to return all the contents of the package that were sent to you including the sealed bottles, instructions material if any, invoice, complimentary products etc...
  • The return shipment address will be emailed to you by our sales team upon request.
  • If you receive a damaged piece you will need to send the product back to us on the return address, We will ship the new product as soon as we receive the item back.
  • The return package should reach us within 48-Hours of receiving your initial order.
  • None of the contents of the box should be torned, damaged or missing, otherwise no returns or refunds are accepted.
  • Due to hygiene issues if you use the trimmer after that it cant be replaced.
  • No returns are applicable on gift items.
  • You will be required to bear return shipment cost.
  • One time Replacement/Exchange for the size issue.
  • The refund amount will be sent through cheque/ Bank tranfer in the name of the person who ordered the product.
  • 10% will be deducted in case of full refund.
  • The cheque/ Bank transfer will be processed within 60 days of receiving your package back. 
  • Refunds can also be initiated through Paytm.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed with a deduction of 10% of the total invoice amount.

Only regular priced items will be refunded or returned. We are unable to provide a refund for on sale products.
